Description
This interior quick drying white stain kill primer-sealer prevents the migration of multiple bleeding stains that show through other primers. This primer seals inactive water stains on plaster, ceiling tile and sheet rock. Soot damage and smoke residue that remains after washing or solvent cleaning can be sealed with this product prior to repainting.
